About Downtown Manhattan / Financial District
Our office in the Financial District puts us right in the middle of it all. We’re steps away from City Hall, the Harper Collins Publishing House and the new World Trade Center.
We see plenty of hyperactive professionals here who need to get in and out quickly while receiving some of the finest neurological care in downtown Manhattan. If you’re a busy professional suffering from back pain, neck pain, insomnia, migraines, depression, anxiety, joint pain, or more, come and see us.
We’re at the corner of Broadway and Barclay street, next door to the Saint Peter Roman Catholic Church. We share a building with a Fed Ex Office Ship Center, an AT&T store, and Staples. We’re also across the street from the Woolworth Building.
If you’re arriving by bus you can take the 120 to the Broadway Park Place stop outside of the Woolworth Building. The BM1, BM2, BM3 or BM4 will also get you here; just get off at the Church St./Barclay St. stop. If you’re riding the QM7, QM8, QM11, QM25, X8 or X15 get off at the Church St./Vesey St. Shop.
If you’re coming in via Subway, take the E train to the World Trade Center Stop.
Places to Relax In Downtown Manhattan
It doesn’t have to be “go, go, go” here in the Financial District all the time. Stress management is often an important part of the care process for many patients with neurological conditions. That’s why we wanted to take a moment to point out some great stress relief spots near our offices. Perhaps they’re near your offices, too!
There are quite a few salons, spas, and massage therapists working just a few blocks from our location. Check out the beautiful landscape of Battery Park, Tribeca, Tribeca and Financial District. Maybe you’d rather be outdoors for a time? If so, try walking around City Hall Park, Foley Square, Thomas Paine Park or Columbus Park. Going out into nature and fresh air can help you regain some perspective, even if you only spend ten or fifteen minutes walking around.
There are also several places where you can curl up with a good book or enjoy the taste and aroma of a great cup of coffee. We’re quite close to the New York Public Library as well as Kaffe 1668 and the Aroma Espresso Bar. If we’ve asked you to limit your caffeine intake as part of your care regimen, you can always grab a decaf!
