This was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office for a few reasons, but the front desk workers are the worst part of the organization. They will give you a stank face, get the appointment time wrong over and over again, won't pick up the phone or return calls for a week despite how many voicemails you leave, and they have the worst attitude I've ever seen. It took 30 minutes past my intake appointment time to get back to a room for a dry 5-minute talk with the doctor, whose bedside manner is lacking. Then, I had to come back and pay again for three tests, none of which I was warned about (tell people that you're going to put lube in their hair BEFORE they come to the appointment). Neither the doctor nor the front desk told me I had to schedule the MRI myself; they acted like it was during the three tests, which extended my awful time working with them. Then, when I finally got my MRI done and scheduled the appointment for results, the doctor no-showed and the front desk women tried to say I had the wrong time. When I rescheduled the appointment for 3 pm on a Monday, they sent a 2:30 pm confirmation and the doctor never joined the telehealth meeting despite my waiting for 40 minutes. Then, when I finally got a hold of someone to reschedule today, the doctor charged me another $60 for a 3-minute (literally) conversation that gave me zero answers. She didn't even talk about the one abnormal thing in my report until I asked, leaving me to believe she had never actually reviewed the results. Don't waste your time or money with Complete Neurological Care. It was the worst experience of my life, and I will be taking my MRI results to a different neurologist with better qualifications.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Sigalit Shavit. After struggling with migraines for a long time, I finally found a doctor who truly listened. She took the time to understand my history and symptoms, which was a huge relief. She didn't hesitate to recommend the right tests and, most importantly, prescribed remedies to give me relief. Her compassionate approach combined with her expertise made all the difference. Highly recommend!

How should I get my medical records ? It is very urgent ...I can reach out to their phone number they never pick up

Dr. Cascella is amazing. She and her office staff went out of their way to get the meds for me. I have been suffering from frequent migraines. Needed to get a prescribed medication so I would be ready for my big exam and not getting worried that I have to cancel my exam last minute because of a migraine. 2 weeks before my exam, I saw her first time. Very nice doctor. She knows what she is doing. She gave me some samples of Nurtec while I wait for the prescribed medication. I had some issues getting the meds from different pharmacies because my insurance takes time to approve it as it is a very expensive drug. I was so so worried and panicking that I would not have enough meds on my exam day as I only have a couple of samples on hand and I get migraine almost everyday. Unexpectedly as I waited for Walgreens to notify me about the approval, another small pharmacy called me to say that Dr Cascella (or her staff) requested Nurtec for me! Doctor's office or her herself had figured out that I had been having some issues on my prescription so they decided to resolve it without me knowing it. Got the meds on time. Pharmacy delivered it. Took Nurtec on the day of my exam. Thank you, Dr. Cascella! I will see her again today for some tests. She is great!

The best experience I have had at a drs office. There was no wait at all and Vanessa was the best! She really strives to give the best care possible. It was very busy but she somehow managed to multitask and take care of everyone and was very kind and pleasant the entire time! Dr Tsakadze was incredible. The most thorough Dr I have ever been to. She took her time listening and genuinely cares about helping her patients. I finally feel like I’m in good hands and would highly recommend her.

I had an appointment last wed 03/03/2022 at 345 and it was on time and I was pleased. The Staff was very pleasant and friendly. The NP I've seen was on point with how I was feeling and took very good care of me. I was given prescriptions, and the majority of them are working. My Migraines still lingering but not as bad. The Office was very Clean and quiet. She Is very good and I know we will have a great NP/Patient relationship!

The staff are truly very kind and very informative my appointment was on time and very thorough, thank you very much.

My experience has always been great. I’m very satisfied with my visits with Dr. Cascella. She is professional, knowledgeable, makes me feel comfortable, and takes her time. I never feel rushed or stressed. I highly recommend Dr. Cascella.

I didn’t get to see Dr Edgar. I did see another doc who was nice, because I do not speak Spanish it was a little difficult to understand everything that was said but at the end of it all it was a Good experience.

The doctor was very polite to me. She put in tests that she felt I needed to take for this numbness.

This was my first visit with Dr. Patel. The waiting room was full, but I was seen within 30 minutes. Dr Patel reviewed my previous test results & ordered additional testing. The technician was very kind. Only problem is I have been trying to reach the office since my appointment ( a week ago) and nobody answers the phone! Very frustrating! That is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5.
