They are very difficult to reach by phone, ok if you like recorded messages, music, being put on hold before you have a chance to say a word and voicemail asking you to leave a message. If lucky you will get a callback at the end of the day
The doctor I had appointment with was not there but I was never told until I got called, paid and was in the room before I realized that I was only going to see a PA. Sorry, a PA is not a doctor and he had me do tests and assessed me without the input of a doctor to my knowledge. So don't expect to see a doctor if you go.
I wanted one test (done internally) sent to my cardiologist in 7 days but I might have been asking too much as the untrained girls behind the front desk got all in a tizzy. After pushing several times for a way and after they had a huddle, I had to get another appointment -- a telehealth in 5 days and pay in order to get the result to send to the cardiologist.
Also, almost 3 weeks after I noticed a Quest test result I don't remember taking with them but they ordered it (my bad maybe I don't remember, but their name is on it). If I hadn't stumbled on it on the portal which I refer to sometimes I would still not know about many red marks and worsening conditions. I called to complain vociferously, and guess what -- I got a call from the PA!! Not a doctor, a call which I missed but heard the voicemail saying call back. Call back -- right! to the phone system run by music, recordings, voicemail and long waits.
Right.
