Absolute worst manager and reception staff I’ve seen. No common sense at all. Incompetence to the fullest extent. I really dislike when someone does something and tries to penalize a patient because their fucking staff are full of redundant ass people.

The worst provider and billing experience I’ve ever had. I went here for a consult for dizziness and migraines. Sigalit Shavit told me to do Pilates. I explained that obviously with dizziness and migraines exercise is not a part of my routine. She finally agreed to run tests. My results were the same: that I just need to do Pilates. I paid full price for these tests since this was prior to meeting my deductible. They take “2-3 weeks to submit claims” so by week 3 I had to file complaints with Cigna to get them to submit my claims. By this time, my deductible had already been met by visits to other providers. Now as acknowledged by Irena Katanov (the “Florida Supervisor” who has absolutely nothing to do with Billing) I am owed refunds. They have kept over $600 from me since February 11 and refuse to reimburse me. They even billed me for the full office visit when I went in for my test results after my deductible was complete, so they are obviously scamming people wherever they can. You can’t ever speak to anyone in the billing department and no one will call you back. You will sit in the waiting room for at least an hour before each visit. I have spent so much time on dealing with this and now have no choice but to file complaints with the Department of Health and reach out to a lawyer and Help Me Howard or any news stations that will listen.

For some reason I thought I had an appointment with Neurologist Dr. Patel. His qualifications were impressive on the website. When I arrived I was told that Dr. Patel was in New York not in Boca Raton. I was told that I would see Sharit Sigalit. I asked if she was a neurologist and was told yes. I explained to Dr. Sigalit that my right hand occasionally shakes involuntarily. I was given nerve tests and a cap on my head test. I was then told I had to get a Brain DaTscan never being told what the current tests I took revealed or what the Brain DaTscan was for. When I came home I looked up Dr. Shavit was not a neurologist but a nurse. I check with Rayus who was recommended to do the Brain DaTscan and was told it involved at least 40 minutes flat on my back. I explained that if I am in that position it is extremely painful for me and I could not stay still as required so I do not want to take it unless I can be in a sitting position. The representative said that was the only way I could do it. Since I have done research and learned the result would not be certain. So I will not take the test. I have an appointment with the nurse for April 13th at 1:30 pm which now I wish to cancel. I also request that the results of the tests done be sent to me.. Richard C. Anderson

Our experience with APRN Shavit was great experience. I tend to get real nervous at the Doctors office. She made me feel very comfortable and calmed my nerves. Very compassionate and knowledgeable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend her and the Coral Springs office.

Great doctor! Very knowledgeable. Professional and caring. She diagnosed my neurological problem accurately and gave me the right treatment which works. Now, after many years of going to different doctors, I feel well again. Highly recommended her. Monier.

I had an appt for nerve testing. I arrived early for my appt. and signed in. The front desk staff never checked the sign in sheet for 45 minutes. They were laughing and talking or on their phones. When I finally saw the doctor he started recommending pain meds and therapy without any physical examination whatsoever. I had to make another appointment for the testing. People coming in AFTER ME were being seen. AGAIN I waited 45 minutes so i decided to cancel. That's when they said I was next. The doctor said that she saw me sitting there but the staff kept giving her paperwork for other patients instead. The other patients were men. That sounds like discrimination to me. When i started complaining they gave me some BS excuse saying that they had an appointment. I had an appointment too. Don't use this location. Choose one of the other ones if you want decent FAIR service with a competent doctor.

Dr.Apeatu was great the wait time wasn't too long and he was very kind , and took his time with my son and explaining things to me. I look forward to seeing him again.
